AUSTIN — The third time was a charm for Burnet High School junior swimmer Seth Timmons at the Class 4A State Meet on Feb. 23 at the University of Texas.
The Water Dog won the bronze medal in the 500-meter freestyle in 4 minutes 35.62 seconds in his third trip to the meet.
He finished 12th in the 200-meter freestyle in 1:44.45.
Teammate Savanna Meadows was fourth in the diving competition with a total of 450.90 points.
“I am very proud of each and every one of them,” head coach Nancy Moore said.
